Flowering Crab

My flowering crab tree is blooming right now! Last year, we had so much rain, that it never got pretty! Well, this year was different it's gorgeous! We got some more flowers planted today, before it started raining - impatiens, New Guinea impatiens, a sunflower, a large marigold and some basil plants. I had already planted geraniums, vincas and spikes in my front planter. I love spring!

Wow! What a beautiful picture, Dawn! It is so hot here right now, and some of my flowers keep wilting and drying up. I water them in the evenings, and add miracle grow plant food once a week or every two weeks. Any helpful hints you can think of?
