Name three people you would pick (and why) if you could choose who to be stranded on a deserted island with.
My first choice would by my DH and 2 kids, because they are the most important people in the world! If not them, then maybe my friend Edie, my friend Peggy T. and my friend Kathy, since they are my best friends.

What is your favorite genre of film and what is your favorite movie from that genre?
Light romance and You've Got Mail would be my choice.

3. From tiffany:
Which country would you like to visit and why?
The Tuscan area of Italy, because I would love to eat the food. We have 2 Italian restaurants here in Sheboygan, that are to die for and he visits Italy now and then, to get ideas and stuff. If his food is that good, here in WI, just how yummy would the food be, right in Italy?

I would like to visit Germany, because my grandfathers were both German.

I would like to visit England, or British Columbia, because I have email buddies who live in those places.

What are you driving these days? What's it's (their) good and bad points? Would you buy another one, and why or why not?
I'm driving a 1998 Ford Taurus. We got it about 3-1/2 years ago, when it had about 72,000 miles on it. We did have to replace the transmission, but other than that, it's been a great car. I love driving it! I like the size of it. When I drive my husband's Saturn, I feel like I'm driving a little toy! Ford stopped making the Taurus, but I'm sure there will be plenty of used Taurus' for years go come. Although, if I had the money, a VW Passat would be nice.

"Lost," "24," or both?
How about neither? 24 has too much gunfire for me, in the trailers, so I've never watched it, although the concept of each show being an hour in the guy's day, is intriguing. I have never seen Lost, either.

You've been very good this year. What should Santa bring you for Christmas? (the sky is the limit)
A trip to Italy! LOL!
A weekend at a Bed and Breakfast, without my kids.
A new computer (okay, my 2001 Dell does work fine, but I'm sure that Dreamweaver and Paint Shop Pro 10, would open faster, with a faster processer than my 1.3 ghz does it.) I would like DH to get me a new motherboard!

Good answers!!! Trips without the kids are nice... but you usually end up missing them before the vacation is done. ;-)

Great answers! I picked "chick flicks" and specifically noted You've Got Mail first, because it's my favorite movie! I hope to go to Italy too, one day, so I am right there with you. Hope Santa brings you one or more of your wishes this year!!!!

I love Tuscany too. I was there for my honeymoon and I would love to visit it again!

Tuscany is also one of my top choices. The scenery and the food - who could ask for more!;-)

Germany is wonderful. :) We're enjoying it here. We also hope to get to the British Isles and Italy while we're in Europe for the next three years.

I hope Santa gets you the new computer for Christmas. :)

hi dawn. you've got mail is also one of my favorite movies. i like meg ryan's early movies like sleepless in seattle.

my husband and i also have a few favorite italian restaurants that we frequent in our area.
