At 9am, Weather Underground says we are 30.8 degrees, with 6mph NW winds, with gusts to 11mph. That makes the windchilll feel like 24 degrees! It sure felt colder than that to me, when I was just out with the dog! Of course, I had just gotten out of a nice warm car, too, so there was a lot of contrast! We aren't used to temps so cold!
